Perceptle #97 answers (2026-10-22)

Count and Track were confirmed by replaying perceptle.com on 2026-10-22. Angle, Tempo, and Split match a public reconstruction of the same daily seed and the client generator ranges. They are not a printed official answer key.

I treat 2026-10-22 as puzzle #97 because #1 is 18 July 2026. The mode is Normal. This is not a Friday puzzle, so angles use the shortest arc and Tempo stays on the beat. The stats API snapshot listed 20,937 players, a total average of 64.7, and a Tempo average of 31.6.

Targets for #97. Check status is per test.

Illustration of many small dots used in the Count test
Count groups dots that flash for about two seconds. Positions here are illustrative, not a copied puzzle.
Illustration of a ball arc and a landing mark
Track asks where a hidden ball will land. The arc is a schematic, not a recorded flight.

How the misses score

The client uses score = round(100 × exp(−0.5 × (error / σ)²)). On a Normal day, one σ is a score near 61. For #97, one Count dot is about 99 points, and 60 ms of Tempo error is about 61. I confirmed the Count and Track targets on the HUD and left the other three marked until a replay.

Different numbers usually mean a different site. perceptle.org uses ten tests out of 1,000. perceptle.app was on its own #6 the day I checked #97. Which Perceptle is the comparison. Practice the matching skill on Count, Track, Angle, Tempo, or Split.
